The Schmidt residence: we performed an entire house remodel, including enlarging rooms, adding new walls, and outdoor landscaping. Here we see the house after the first coat of the new exterior color.

The Borsses' deck is supported on 32' pilings of 8"x8" pressure treated lumber. The top reaches 23' into the air. The pilings had to go 7' into the ground to support the deck properly. The deck measures 11'x25' and has 2 upper levels, all with a fun nautical theme.
